We do this as a way of further supporting our community in rural Iowa by providing a crucial outlet for the high-quality milk that they produce while also placing a higher value on it than other buyers would, thus ensuring that our farmers’ way of life is protected, honored and symbiotic with our own way of life and values. We take all of the hard work that goes into producing the finest milk and honor it by creating delicious and unique cheeses, rooted in tradition, authenticity, a strong sense of community, and values.
